Although he didn’t grow up in Toledo, Craig’s family has ties to the area. His oldest brother Clive moved here in 1960 to become the head football coach for the Toledo Rockets and eventually went on to be an assistant coach with the New York Jets when they won Super Bowl III. His brother Dave made a corporate transfer to Toledo and moved into real estate in the mid 1970s. His sister Veda’s husband (deceased) was also from Toledo. Craig moved to Toledo in 1971 after graduating from Muskingum and started his corporate career with Ohio Bell. After 7 years of climbing the corporate ladder, he realized his true passion was for Real Estate. In 1978 he joined his brother Dave in the Real Estate business and has enjoyed a successful 40+ years in the business ever since.

One of the things he enjoys most is selling our community to corporate transfers. Until he introduces them to the area they have no idea what the Toledo and surrounding communities have to offer. i.e. The Art Museum, Toledo Symphony, the Valentine and Stranahan Theaters that showcase the arts, The Mud Hens & Walleye, The Toledo Zoo, the numerous Metro-parks, affordable first class housing, etc. He currently resides in Sylvania with Alison and their 4 girls – Gracie, and triplets Hannah, Evelyn and Claire. His oldest son Beau and his wife reside outside Columbus. When not selling real estate Craig enjoys playing golf at Highland Meadows, Ohio State football and spending time with his family at all of their activities including soccer, gymnastics, basketball, softball, etc.

Allyson often finds herself giving back. It is her mission to lose herself in the service of others. Allyson has been in the philanthropic industry for over fifteen years giving back to various charitable organizations both personally and professionally. Before joining Danberry, Allyson dedicated her skills to the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association by managing six fundraising campaigns across the Northwest Ohio region as the company's Executive Director. She also provided mentorship to the AHA's Board of Directors in addition to managing a team of staff members to ensure the success of multiple fundraising campaigns. She also has extensive experience in sales within the hotel industry where she handled elite corporate accounts. Allyson continued her philanthropic efforts through the Danberry Treasure Chest. She led the efforts to develop the charitable organization into a successful 501(c)(3) which has raised over $1.5 million in proceeds and helped more than 1,000 local families in need. Allyson most recently served as Danberry's Vice President of Operations where she managed the technology platform in addition to spearheading the creation of Danberry's own full-service marketing department. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Communication and a minor in Human Resources from Ohio University and obtained her real estate certification through the Hondros College of Business. Allyson became a licensed REALTOR in 2020. Allyson is originally from Washington, Pennsylvania and has been living in Sylvania for nearly 17 years. Her husband David is the Utility Manager with the City of Sylvania. They have two children, Teagan (14) and Mckenna (11). ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT 

Alison was born and raised in Toledo and currently resides in Sylvania. She graduated from Notre Dame Academy and went on to become a licensed physical therapist through UT/MCO. She began working for the Rush Team part time in 1999 while in school, and then moved on to a full time assistant and licensed Realtor position with the team. She has been working on the team in different capacities ever since.

After starting a family, she has kept up with the team in a supporting role in a lot of behind the scenes tasks to help keep things running smoothly. She and Craig have four young and active girls – Gracie, Hannah, Evelyn and Claire.

She enjoys running, reading, rooting for the buckeyes and spending time with family including watching her girls in all of their many activities.
